Perché un team femminile?Why a women’s team?

Il ciclismo femminile, ma più in generale il ruolo della donna nella nostra società, ben si presta a rappresentare i valori generalmente espressi nelle nostre mission: attenzione, ascolto, etica, responsabilità e passione.
La diffusione di questo sport, soprattutto a livello europeo, consente di avvicinare e far conoscere un brand a mercati e consumer diversi. Nel ciclismo femminile non si sono registrati casi di doping, che potrebbero generale rischi reputazionali ed incidere in maniera negativa sul ritorno di immagine degli sponsor.

Queste valutazioni ci hanno portato a considerare l’opportunità di promuovere la costituzione di un team composto da giovani atlete da far crescere all’interno di una squadra internazionale, costituita da cicliste esperte, provenienti da varie nazioni.

BePink oltre alla selezione e alla preparazione tecnica delle atlete si occupa anche della gestione della loro immagine pubblica e professionale fortemente connessa alla brand reputation dello sponsor che deve essere sempre tutelata.Women cycling, but in general the role of women in our society, can represent very well the values which our mission is based on: attention, listening, ethics, responsibility and passion.
The diffusion of this sport, especially in Europe, makes it possible to be known on different markets and by different consumers.
Women’s cycling has never suffered reputational risks due to doping problems which could damage the image of the sponsors.

These evaluations brought us to create a team of young athletes that will be able to grow up in an international team side by side with more experienced cyclists from different countries.

Be Pink deals with the selection and the technical training of all the athletes, but also with the management of their public and professional image, paying special mind to the sponsor’s brand reputation, because we believe that it must always be protected.
