Maho Kakita wins the Asian Road Cycling Championships

Another important achievement for our athlete Maho Kakita, who has been crowned Under-23 Continental Road Champion at the Asian Road Cycling Championships.

The 20-year-old from Fukuoka, already a silver medalist in the Mixed Team Relay and the U23 individual time trial, was the best in her category in the road race, hitting the “big target” and claiming the gold medal. This victory marks the first major triumph of 2025 for both her and BePink-Imatra-Bongioanni.

Kakita tackled the fast course in Phitsanulok aboard the Lemma RT by Officine Mattio, bringing the Cuneo-based brand to the top step of the podium in a continental competition as well.
